Our most recent consignment of beef - the last of our Dexter / Red Poll cross-bred beef went like "hot cakes"!
We only have a very limited selection of joints and braising steak available now, but we will have Highland beef available in the spring. Please contact us if you would like to make a reservation.

Rare-breed lamb

We will also soon be able to supply organic lamb from our small flock of rare-breed Boreray sheep. Whole or half lamb boxes and individual cuts will be available in December. Please see the Price list page for details. The joints are small, but the meat is unique!

Buying beef

Our beef is supplied to order, direct from the farm, as 7kg or 15kg mixed boxes or as individual cuts. It is seasonally available as fresh beef, or can be supplied frozen at other times, although availability is limited. Our beef is professionally butchered, vacuum packed and labelled.

Orders can be collected from the farm, by prior arrangement, or we can deliver free of charge if we are in the area (we visit Llangadog / Llandovery / Llandeilo most weeks), or at cost if further afield.
